What Are L-1 Visa Requirements

For an L 1 visa application, a person can need l 1 visa attorney or needs to know all of the following:
The petitioning company can be a business, a faith group, or a charity or other non-profit group. There may also be room for other kinds of qualifying organizations.
The US employer who is asking for the visa must possess a valid link with a company in another country. Main firm, a subsidiary, a branch, and affiliate are all types of connections that qualify.
The boss must have a business in the United States and at least one other country. This means that they are always and constantly delivering goods or services. Just having an office is not enough.
The worker must have worked for the organization out of the US for at least one year straight in the period of three years before submitting the application. The twelve months won't include any time employed in the United States.
The worker must plan to leave the U.S. when the visa time is up.
